What is self storage and how does it work?

Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.

How much does self storage cost?

What is the best way to pack a unit?

Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

What are some helpful tips for moving into my unit?

When can I move in?

Please be sure to meet with the manager to set up your move-in date and sign your lease prior to moving into your unit.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day written notice before you move out. You can do so by filling out our Move-Out Notice form which is available at our office. You may drop off a copy at our front desk.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

How do I make a payment?

We do not have a kiosk, but you can make a payment via our front office during regular business hours. Our on-line payment portal, auto-pay, or drop box access are also available.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and cash.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Foods of any kind, liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security gate code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Yes, you are welcome to use our complimentary dolly at any time during move-in.
